Job Opening – BIM Architect

Location: Mumbai Experience: 5–12 years Requirement:Revit proficiency is mandatory

Job Purpose

We are seeking a BIM Architect to lead design, documentation, and coordination of projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM). The role requires strong technical expertise in Revit and other architectural tools, with the ability to manage complex workflows, ensure design accuracy, and support multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects.
- Lead design documentation, working drawings, and coordination across disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and project managers to resolve design and technical issues.
- Conduct clash detection, data analysis, and model audits.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and implement BIM best practices.




- Prepare presentations, reports, and design deliverables for stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior team members on BIM workflows.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture.
- Experience: 5–12 years in architectural design and BIM implementation.
- Technical Skills:
- Mandatory: Revit (non‑negotiable).
- Preferred Tools: AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, coordination, and data management.

Soft Skills:

- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving mindset.
