Job Purpose

We are seeking a Healthcare Architect / Planner to design and plan healthcare facilities that balance functionality, patient experience, and compliance with medical standards. The role involves concept design, master planning, and execution of healthcare projects, ensuring integration of clinical workflows, safety codes, and modern design practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and planning of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
- Develop master plans, layouts, and detailed working drawings using Revit.
- Collaborate with medical consultants, engineers, and project managers to align design with clinical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.
- Prepare presentations, design reports, and project documentation for stakeholders.




- Drive innovation in healthcare design with patient‑centric and productive space planning.
- Conduct site visits and oversee execution to ensure adherence to design intent.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture or Urban Planning.
- Experience: 5–12 years in healthcare architecture/planning.

Technical Skills:

- Mandatory: Revit (non‑negotiable).
- Preferred Tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination.

Domain Knowledge:

- Healthcare facility standards, NABH/NHS guidelines, and clinical workflow planning.
- Ability to translate medical requirements into functional design.

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative.

Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in large‑scale healthcare projects.(200 beds+)
