Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support recruitment through strong coordination, consistent follow-ups, and process discipline. This role plays a key part in ensuring interviews run smoothly, candidates stay engaged, and hiring timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and stakeholders
- Manage candidate calls, initial screening coordination, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely and clear communication with candidates throughout the process
- Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker




- Follow up proactively with candidates and internal teams to avoid delays
- Support the recruitment process to enable smooth and timely closures
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

Key Performance Indicators

- Speed and efficiency of interviews
- Consistency and effectiveness of follow-ups
- Accuracy and discipline in maintaining recruitment tracker
- Contribution to timely closure of positions through coordination

Requirements

- 0 - 1 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- AI-aware / quick to adopt new tools and smarter ways of working
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
