Role Description The Bancassurance Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role involves working closely with bank staff to promote and sell Bharti AXA Life Insurance products to bank customers, ensuring alignment with their financial needs and goals. The Bancassurance Partner will handle lead generation, customer meetings, product presentations, and policy documentation, while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, tracking business performance, providing after-sales support,



and nurturing long-term relationships with bank branches and customers. The role also requires regular reporting, participation in training sessions, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize bancassurance business growth.
Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a bancassurance or financial services environment.
- Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills to engage bank staff and customers effectively.
- Solid communication and presentation skills for explaining life insurance products and solutions clearly and confidently.
- Good analytical and numerical abilities to understand customer needs, interpret financial data, and prepare basic performance reports.
- Knowledge of life insurance concepts, financial planning, and regulatory guidelines; prior experience in insurance or banking is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; professional certifications in insurance or finance are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with digital platforms for sales tracking, reporting, and customer servicing.
