Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role based in Dewas. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical components and systems used in energy and manufacturing applications. Day-to-day tasks include developing machine designs, creating and updating CAD models and drawings, performing engineering calculations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and electrical engineering. The role also involves supporting R&D; activities,



troubleshooting mechanical issues on the shop floor, preparing technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, including mechanics, materials, and thermal systems.
- Proficiency in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for modeling and drafting.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
- Exposure to Research and Development (R&D;), prototype testing, and design validation.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with industry safety practices, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
