DSAND Group is hiring a senior business leader to head its Poultry Feed Supplements Division in Indore. We are looking for a high-performing professional with strong experience in poultry feed supplements, animal nutrition sales, channel development, and key account management across India.

DSAND is a fast-growing bioscience-led animal nutrition company developing natural ingredient solutions for poultry and dairy feed premixes. The company brings innovation-led formulations, strong technical depth, FAMI-QS and GMP aligned systems, and differentiated product development including a registered Indian patent.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive national sales and business development for poultry feed supplement products.
- Build and manage relationships with feed manufacturers, poultry integrators, consultants, distributors, and key accounts.
- Lead and train regional sales teams including ZSMs, RSMs, and ASMs.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, trials,



and after-sales support.
- Expand market reach, generate new leads, and strengthen customer retention.
- Track market trends, competition, and customer opportunities to support business growth.

Who should apply

- Science / Veterinary Science graduate; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant sales experience in poultry feed supplements or animal nutrition.
- Strong network across poultry industry stakeholders in India and nearby markets.
- Robust communication, leadership, and commercial skills.
