Key Responsibilities:

1. Pricing Strategy & Deal Economics

- Own end-to-end pricing for IT/Cybersecurity deals – managed services, project-based, and T&M; engagements
- Build and maintain pricing models aligned to market benchmarks, cost structures, and margin thresholds
- Partner with Sales & Pre-Sales to review RFPs/RFQs; provide pricing guidance and approval
- Conduct win/loss analysis and competitor pricing benchmarking to sharpen commercial positioning
- Define and enforce pricing guardrails; flag margin dilution risks

2. Business Finance & FP&A;

- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly MIS for assigned business units
- Prepare P&L;, revenue, and margin dashboards for senior management review
- Analyse variances (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and provide actionable commentary
- Drive rolling forecasts and scenario modelling to support business decisions
- Track and report key financial metrics: revenue mix, EBITDA, utilisation, DSO, and working capital

3. Commercial Finance & Contracting

- Review MSAs, SOWs,



and amendments from a financial and commercial risk perspective
- Ensure revenue recognition is compliant with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS 15)
- Monitor contract profitability over deal lifecycle; flag under-performing contracts proactively
- Collaborate with Legal, Delivery, and Sales on renewals, renegotiations, and change orders

Qualifications & Experience

Must Have

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA from reputed organization
- Experience: 10–12 years post-qualification; at least 3 years in Business Finance or FP&A; in IT/Cybersecurity services

Good to Have

- Exposure to cybersecurity industry deal structures and commercial frameworks
- Understanding of global delivery models, offshore-onsite pricing, and SLA-linked commercial terms
- CFA or MBA (Finance) as an additional qualification
- Experience working in a mid-tier consulting / IT MNC setting
