Non-IT Recruiter – US Staffing

- We are hiring a Non-IT Recruiter with experience in US Staff Augmentation and Contingent Workforce recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for non-technical roles across domains such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, administration, customer service, and professional services.
- The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced US staffing environment, handling contract and contract-to-hire roles, negotiating pay rates, working with W2/C2C/1099 tax terms, and managing candidate submissions through ATS or VMS platforms.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT roles.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking.
- Screen candidates for experience, availability, location, work authorization, and pay rate.
- Work on contract, contract-to-hire,



and permanent staffing requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS regularly.
- Work closely with account managers and delivery teams.
- Ensure timely and quality submissions as per client requirements.

Key Requirements and Skills

- 2-5 years of experience in sourcing for Non-IT recruitment positions for US-based clients.
- Excellent understanding of US staffing, tax terms, and recruitment process.
- Experience with job boards and Boolean search.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts (USA business hours).
- Experience with MSP/VMS clients is preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with ATS tools such as Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar is an advantage.
