Job Description: Operations Intern (Command Center Intern

Department: FRM & Security Operations (Command Center)

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Internship Duration: 3–6 Months

About the Role

Palmonas is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Command Center Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Command Center. The intern will assist in monitoring CCTV feeds, tracking incidents, maintaining reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between stores and the Command Center.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV feeds across retail stores and identify unusual activities.
- Escalate security incidents to the concerned stakeholders as per SOPs.
- Maintain daily incident logs and prepare basic MIS reports.
- Coordinate with store teams to resolve operational and security-related issues.
- Assist in monitoring alarms, access control systems, and surveillance alerts.
- Track incident closures and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support documentation, data management, and report preparation.
- Ensure adherence to Command Center SOPs and compliance guidelines.
- Assist the team in testing CCTV systems, cameras, and monitoring tools.





Eligibility

- Graduate or final-year student (Any discipline).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
