Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients in the e-commerce domain. The associate will conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs, prepare and deliver business presentations, and support the development of proposals and pitches. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements,



maintaining accurate records of business development activities, and contributing to strategies that enhance client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and the ability to build and manage a quality sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in e-commerce or related sectors.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software will be an advantage.
