Job Description
Who are we looking for
L 3 level Senior Transaction Processing Executive/Officer – to process the Capital Market – Brokerage process documents for a Non-Voice BPS account (US Client).
Technical Skills:
- Excellent MS Office skills – MS Excel, Power Point, Excel Macros and E Mail Drafting & data analysis.
- Good Typing Speed of 28 WPM with >=95% accuracy
- Excellent Communication skills – to attend Client Calls, Onshore Training etc
- Understanding of financial transactions / compensation structures (preferred)
Process Skills:
- The Senior Transaction Processing Executive/Officer will support the service team by managing and resolving client compensation-related cases, including research, validation, categorization, and communication with financial advisors. This role involves working on a newly established workflow and queue, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, adherence to communication, and compliance guidelines.
- Experience in wealth management / broker-dealer operations
- Familiarity with case routing and workflow tools
- Exposure to SOP-driven environments and quality frameworks
Behavioral Skills:
- Strictly US Shift Working Hours (India late evening OR Night shift) – should be flexible to do Over Time duty if required.
- Punctual and adherence to attendance and Leaves
- To report to Team Lead and follow the Instructions and the HR Policies as per Company
Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Additional Certification on Stock Market Subjects is added advantage.
- No Engineering / Tech Graduates
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the day–to day processing as per the defined timelines of the LOB
- Adhere to the set KRA and SLA internal and external
- Knowledge of client agreed SLA as discussed in monthly huddles and awareness sessions
- Become a process expert by getting trained in critical queues
- To be flexible with the needs of the customer and overachieve the numbers as per the need of the hour
- Keep the immediate manager informed of task accomplishment, issues if any identified
- Adhere to deadlines and always ensure fidelity on data submission.
Experience requirements:
- 3 - 5 years in financial services operations / wealth management/ Client servicing / case management
- Compensation or transaction processing (preferred)
Expected Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (especially email etiquette)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple cases with tight deadlines
- Adaptability to current processes and workflows
