Senior Associate - SAP Business One (SAP B1)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP B1 Senior Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting SAP Business One implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage SAP Business One implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Configure and customize SAP B1 modules including Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, and Production.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate SAP B1 with external applications, reporting tools, and automation platforms.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, reports, and process workflows.
- Support data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work closely with technical teams on system enhancements and new business requirements.
- Generate MIS reports and business insights for management decision-making.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One implementation, customization, and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules: Finance, Sales, Inventory, Production, and Procurement.
- Experience with SAP B1 integrations and third-party applications.
- Good understanding of SQL queries and database management.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP Business One certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Export-oriented industries.
- Understanding of export operations and supply chain processes.
- Experience with automation tools, system integrations, and reporting platforms.
- Exposure to end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
