Job Summary:

Support clients in transforming the governance, monitoring, and delivery of capital projects by strengthening PMO structures, reporting and decision-making frameworks, and implementation of digital solutions including workflows, dashboards,



and data models. The role sits within PwC’s Infrastructure Transformation Practice and focuses on improving delivery of complex capital projects through governance, project controls, and practical digital enablement.

Responsibilities:

A. Governance & PMO

Design and manage governance structures, review calendars, action trackers, risk and issue logs, and executive status reports.

Support PMO operations and improve reporting and decision-making frameworks across project environments.

Maintain key project registers, reporting packs, and progress monitoring mechanisms.

B. Project Controls

Track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and project performance across capital projects.

Analyze trends, delays, and variances to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Support structured review mechanisms for project monitoring and performance improvement.

C. Digital Transformation & Reporting

Implement digital solutions for project controls, including MIS dashboards, automated reporting, and AI-enabled analytics.

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Advanced Excel, and related technologies.

Support integration of project data across multiple systems and embed digital tools into day-to-day workflows.

D. Stakeholder Management & Delivery Support

Collaborate with client PMOs, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to run reviews and present structured updates.

Support day-to-day client interactions and ensure timely execution of project management activities.

Contribute to improving governance and digital roadmaps for large-scale infrastructure and capital projects.

Years of experience required:

2–4 years for Associate / 4 to 10 years for SA / 10+ years for Manager

Education qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations, or related discipline[Text Wrapping Break]Postgraduate qualification / MBA desirable ; Masters in Engineering (Civil , Construction management) preferred
