n Paisalo Digital Limited is a leading NBFC committed to excellence in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a qualified and proactive Company Secretary to join our Agra team and support our corporate compliance and governance functions.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, RBI guidelines, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.
n Coordinate Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
n Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
n Prepare and file statutory returns, annual reports, and other regulatory documents within prescribed timelines.
n Monitor compliance calendars and support corporate governance initiatives.
n Draft and review corporate documents, policies, resolutions, and legal agreements.




n Liaise with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure timely compliance.
n Provide compliance and governance support to senior management.
n n Qualifications & Skills
n n Qualified Company Secretary – Mandatory.
n Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Company Secretarial or Compliance functions. Candidates with relevant internship exposure are also encouraged to apply.
n Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and corporate compliance.
n Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
n Proficiency in MS Office and compliance-related tools.
n Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
