Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead – Partnerships to build, onboard, and scale high-impact platform and lead-aggregator partnerships for Branch International in India. This role will own strategic partnerships with large-scale digital platforms and high-DAU ecosystems such as super apps, wallets, telecom, and OEM-led platforms, alongside key lead aggregators. The role is critical to diversifying acquisition channels, driving high-quality demand at scale, and ensuring compliance and unit economics in a regulated fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
Platform & Lead Aggregator Partnerships




Own strategy and execution for onboarding and scaling partnerships with high-DAU platforms (e.g., PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, Airtel, and similar ecosystems) and lead aggregators
Identify, evaluate, and prioritise potential partners based on scale, user quality, commercial viability, and compliance fit
Lead end-to-end partner onboarding including commercials, integrations, SLAs, and launch readiness
Growth, Performance & Quality Ownership
Drive partner performance across volume, CAC, approval rates, credit quality, fraud, and LTV metrics
Optimise partner mix to balance scale with portfolio health and profitability
Work closely with credit teams to curate strategic programs and monitor early risk signals and ensure portfolio quality
Commercials & Negotiation
Own commercial negotiations, payout structures, and performance-linked incentives
Build scalable commercial frameworks aligned with long-term unit economics
Cross-functional Leadership
Partner closely with Product and Tech teams on integrations, APIs, tracking, and attribution
Work with Legal, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure smooth partner operations
Act as the single point of accountability for platform and aggregator partnerships
Insights & Reporting
Own dashboards and reporting for platform and aggregator channel performance
Present strategic updates, risks, and growth opportunities to senior leadership

Qualifications
Education: MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Business,



Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience: 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform-led acquisition roles; fintech/BFSI experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience onboarding and scaling partnerships with large consumer platforms or lead aggregators

Skills & Capabilities
Proven track record of working with high-DAU platforms (e.g., payments, telco, super apps) or similar ecosystems
Strong understanding of platform integrations, attribution, and performance tracking
Deep knowledge of fintech compliance, RBI guidelines, and partner governance
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity, high-scale environments
