Role Overview:

Responsible for developing and managing B2B sales of turmeric (whole & powder) to wholesalers, masala grinders, retailers, spice & snack manufacturers, and exporters within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate bulk turmeric sales and onboard new B2B customers.
- Promote products, distribute samples, and close deals as per customer specs.
- Maintain pricing updates and market competitiveness.
- Build robust customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Expand customer base within assigned regions.

Territories:
- West/South: Mumbai, Maharashtra (excl. Mumbai), Karnataka, Hyderabad.
- North/Central: Rajasthan, Delhi, MP, UP.
- Gujarat: Entire state focus.

Requirements:
- B2B sales experience (spices/food preferred).
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Ready to travel frequently.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.

Compensation:
- Salary: ₹600000–700000/month.
- TA/DA: Actuals reimbursed (fuel, travel, stay & food).
- Incentives:
- ₹2,500 per new customer (+₹1,000 beyond target).




- ₹0.50/kg (new customers, 1st year), ₹0.25/kg thereafter.
- Training: 2–3 weeks at Sangli.
- Probation: 3 months.
- Monthly review at Sangli; weekly online follow-ups.
