Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the MICE sales team, ensuring a high level of performance, motivation, and achievement of sales targets.
- Revenue Generation: Oversee the achievement of sales targets, with a focus on driving top-line revenue of 15-20 crores.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
