A leading Trade & Certification Body is looking for a Counsellor - Manufacturing Excellence for their Centre of Excellence & Competitiveness for MSMEs based in Pune / Indore.

Responsibilities
Training & Capacity Building for SMEs
- Develop Training materials like brochures, mailers etc.
- Reach out to prospective industry clusters through various channels, databases and other state and zonal offices
- Conduct training (through physical, digital or phygital mode).
- Obtain feedback to improve training content and quality.
- Research Industry Training needs on Competitiveness, Business Excellence and Manufacturing Excellence or Lean or TPM or WCM or TQM and other manufacturing topics (through surveys, interactions, and secondary research)
- Run training programmes and workshops

Provide Technical Assistance
1. Gather secondary data to build content for training programs
2. Plan and execute the following:
- Create content for internal and external communication
- Understand contemporary issues / challenges for each sector
- Interact with members to take feedback and inputs.

Provide consultations and technical assistance.

Knowledge Management
1. Maintain details on the Portal for activities
2. Communication with all stakeholders of multiple projects
3. MoU and Agreements - Manage, control changes & adhere to budgets of multiple projects
4. Participation in inter-departmental activities
5. Support other members of the department and other departments which require sector specific support both in terms of content and programme delivery when required
6. Support team members for execution of work plan, member / industry/ stakeholder engagement, government relations, policy advocacy, sponsorship and program, management

Requisite Qualifications
- First Class in Engineering at Bachelors or Masters
- Very Valuable knowledge of Business Excellence and Manufacturing Excellence or Lean or TPM or WCM or TQM
- MBA would be an added advantage
- 9-12 Years (with 6-7 years in Manufa
