We're seeking an experienced *Lead Engineer – Quality* to join our team in ensuring the highest standards in carbon pultrusion and CFRP composites for the wind energy sector. This role offers a chance to drive quality excellence and continuous improvement in a rapidly evolving industry.

*Education:* BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace, or Polymers

Key Responsibilities
- Manage quality and qualification requirements for carbon pultruded wind spar cap products.
- Leverage expertise in carbon pultrusion wind spar cap products and CFRP composite processes.
- Proficiently handle the complexities of carbon pultrusion manufacturing; *NDT Level 2 certification* is an advantage.
- Apply knowledge of *APQP4Wind framework,
Six Sigma, TQM, ISO certifications*, and conduct quality audits.
- Employ robust problem-solving and creative thinking skills to maintain top-tier quality standards.
