About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and ownership-driven Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. You'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate books of accounts, timely compliance filings, and seamless financial operations across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally.
- Perform end-to-end reconciliation across website, marketplaces, payment gateways, banks, and ledgers.
- Track settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and identify revenue discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, payment schedules, and vendor coordination.
- Process vendor payments through banking platforms and RazorpayX.




- Handle payroll inputs, validations, statutory deductions, and payroll records.
- Own end-to-end GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns within prescribed timelines.
- Work directly on government portals including GST, TRACES, and Income Tax.
- Coordinate with external auditors and Chartered Accountants during audits and assessments.
- Support monthly MIS preparation and financial reporting for leadership.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and strong financial controls.

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or statutory compliance.
- Robust hands-on experience with Tally.
- Proven experience in end-to-end GST and TDS return filing.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or high-volume transaction environments is preferred.
