Sales Executives or Freshers with 0-5 yrs of exp for Agri/Spices/Soya/Edible Oil domain industry.
Overview:
The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the company’s sales by identifying leads, pitching products or services, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. This role is essential for achieving sales targets and promoting the company's brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities,



and potential for recent products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, continuously improve through feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
- Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the products and services.
- Stay current with product information, changes, and updates.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to build relationships.
- Collaborate internally to ensure the timely delivery of solutions and services.
- Contribute to team efforts to accomplish organizational sales and profitability goals.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
