Job Summary:

The Banking Officer – Current Account is responsible for acquiring new current account customers, deepening relationships with existing clients, and driving CASA (Current Account Savings Account) growth. The role involves fieldwork, cross-selling of banking products, and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition:

Acquire current-to-bank current account customers through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partnerships.

Focus on self-employed professionals, small businesses, traders, and corporates for account acquisition.

Relationship Management:

Maintain and grow relationships with existing current account holders.

Identify cross-sell opportunities for products such as term deposits, payment solutions, merchant services, and loans.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet monthly and quarterly targets for account acquisition,



balance build-up, and cross-sell.

Drive higher product penetration per customer.

Compliance & KYC:

Ensure complete and error-free documentation and compliance with KYC norms.
