Job Summary: The Assistant Manager - Quality Injection Moulding Fabricator is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the injection molding process. This role involves monitoring and improving the quality of the products, managing defect analysis, implementing quality tools, preparing PPAP documentation, and supporting audits. The role also includes handling customer support and conducting 8D analysis to identify and solve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:
- Oversee and ensure the quality of products in the injection moulding process.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high standards.

Defects Knowledge:
- Identify, analyze, and resolve defects in injection moulding products.
- Develop strategies to minimize defects and improve overall product quality.

Quality Tools:
- Utilize quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and others to enhance quality processes.
- Train and mentor team members on the use of quality tools.

PPAP Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)



documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PPAP requirements and standards.

Audit Preparation:
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure that all audit requirements are met and follow up on any corrective actions.

8D Analysis:
- Conduct 8D analysis to identify root causes of quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions based on 8D findings.

Customer Support:
- Address customer quality concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain effective communication with customers regarding quality issues and improvements
- Qualification: Diploma /BE./B.Tech - Mechanical, Plastic Technology
