Demonstrated special prowess in handling purchase of raw materials, all types of forging & Casting component, sheet metal including raw material for heat treatment and Tool Room and chemicals and consumable parts needed for manufacturing units 5S ISO FIFO, PPAP,LIFO,FMEA, TPM,SPC, MSA Proven expertise in inventory control, indirect purchase, developing vendor network, price negotiation and cost management.

Excellent in maintaining MIS and logistics as per ISO standards, performance management in purchase department

Exceptional track record in planning & coordination in areas of quality control, customer handling & process management.
- Identifying and developing alternate vendor source for localization, achieving cost effective Purchases of all materials with reduction in delivery time and improve consistency in
- Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as quality systems, rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery etc.
- Planning, Controlling,



and Handling of the flow of materials by logical and economical methods right from dispatch by supplier’s end to Receipt, storage, and issue.
- Capex Procurement for recent Projects, Steel, Cements, Plant and Machineries, Office furniture, etc.
- Spearheading Value Analysis continuous improvement initiatives in
- Commodity Handling- Plastic, Sheet Metals, Steel tubes, Aluminum profiles, Packaging, Machining & Forging part

Candidates must be B.tech Mechanical with 20-25 Year Experience in Procurement
