Job Description Accounts Manager

n Role Overview
n Manage the complete accounting, finance, statutory compliance, financial reporting and financial control functions of DropX Logistics while ensuring regulatory compliance.
n Coordinate with the payroll team for payroll data processing and verification.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage end-to-end accounting using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
n Maintain books of accounts, AP, AR, bank reconciliations and ledgers.
n Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
n Manage vendor payments, invoicing and collections.
n Monitor cash flow and support budgeting.
n Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other statutory requirements.
n Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountants, banks and government authorities.
n Prepare documentation for statutory and tax audits.
n Process and validate payroll inputs received from the payroll team.




n Maintain and renew statutory registrations and business licenses such as Shops & Establishments, Trade License, FSSAI and other applicable certifications for company facilities.
n Coordinate with internal teams and authorities to ensure timely renewals and ongoing regulatory compliance across all facilities.
n Implement financial controls and identify cost optimization opportunities.
n Provide financial insights and reports to management.
n n Qualifications
n n B.Com/M.Com. CA Inter/CMA Inter preferred.
n Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
n Mandatory hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
n Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
n Advanced MS Excel skills.
n Must be proficient in Hindi and English (reading, writing and speaking).

n Experience handling multi-state statutory compliance.
