Job Description Designation: Deputy Manager- Industrial Designer
n Location: Mumbai
n As a Product (industrial) Designer, you will be working in the design & development team responsible for designing and developing products (Travel gear- Luggage) that are not only aesthetically appealing but also functional and ergonomic.

n Design Development:
n n Generate design concepts based on design briefs or product initiations.
n Create sketches, prototypes, and 3D models of product designs, using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools.
n Develop and maintain design specifications, technical drawings, and documentation for product designs.
n n Color, Material, and Finish Selection:
n n Research, analyze, and identify appropriate colors, materials, graphics and finishes in line with product design concepts, market trends
n Creating mood boards, color palettes in line with category, product and brand.
n n Collaboration and Communication:
n n Collaborate with cross-functional teams,



such as engineers, marketers, and manufacturers, to ensure that designs meet functional, technical, and cost requirements.
n To translate design solutions from concept through final products
n n Preferred candidate profile
n n Strong portfolio in product design
n Proficient in Adobe illustrator/Photoshop/ Solidworks/keyshot.
n Excellent understanding of material
n properties with an ability to incorporate trend-driven insights into design concepts.
n Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing products that resonate with current market trends
n Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team workplace, including effective coordination with the Trend Analyst.
