Job Description Sales Manager – High Value Loan Against Property (LAP)
n We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive High Value Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA channel in Malad, Mumbai.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Source High Value LAP business through DSA partners.
n Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new DSAs.
n Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
n Handle average ticket sizes of ₹4–5 Crore.
n Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
n Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain portfolio quality.
n n Eligibility:
n n Minimum 5 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
n Mandatory experience in DSA/channel sourcing.
n Experience in handling High Value LAP cases.
n Strong communication and relationship management skills.
n n Location: Malad, Mumbai
