Ability to direct, supervise and lead a team of 3-7 and more

Responsibility
Achieve sales and revenue targets across all verticals – Group Tours (GIT), FIT and MICE
Promote the Veena World brand through direct marketing and community engagement
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest experiences in line with brand standards
Supervise day-to-day team performance and align team goals with business objectives
Prepare and share MIS reports with accurate data, feedback, concerns and actionable insights
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings and share inputs with the product and marketing team
