About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Program Manager (DGM/GM) to drive strategic initiatives forPaytm's Lending EMI business. The role will own end-to-end program execution across No CostEMI, EMI at Checkout, and other lending solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration betweenBusiness, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and externalpartners. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of the Lending EMIecosystem, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in driving largecross-functional programs, process excellence, and business growth.
About the Team:The Lending EMI team is responsible for building and scaling innovative financing solutions bycollaborating with Banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to deliver seamless customer and merchantexperiences.
Key Responsibilities:● Drive end-to-end execution of strategic Lending EMI programs, ensuring timely deliveryagainst business goals.● Partner with cross-functional teams to manage program timelines, dependencies, risks,and successful implementation.● Lead internal stakeholder management and align Business, Product, Technology,Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams.● Design and improve scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency and customerexperience.● Manage partner onboarding, technology integrations, governance, and ongoingengagement with Banks and NBFCs.● Own subvention management, financial reconciliation, reporting, MIS,



and programgovernance.● Ensure brand alignment across product launches, merchant communication, and partnerinitiatives.● Monitor program performance through data-driven insights and recommend processand business improvements.● Stay abreast of market trends, EMI offerings, and competitive landscape to supportstrategic initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.● 6-12 years of experience in Program Management, FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Payments,or Consumer Finance.● Hands-on experience with No Cost EMI, EMI at Checkout, Consumer Finance, or DigitalLending.● Strong understanding of EMI products, subvention models, market practices, andpartner ecosystems.● Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs and delivering businessoutcomes.
