Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading Salesforce teams and implementing large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for customer service teams.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).




- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Utilize version control tools like GitHub for source code management.
- Work with Flows, Process Builder, and Data Loader to automate processes.
- Ensure best practices in CI/CD, performance tuning, and scalability.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud with hands-on development and configuration.
- 3+ years in a senior or leadership role, managing Salesforce teams and projects.
- Solid experience with Apex, LWC, API integrations, and automation tools.
- Proven track record in large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Expertise in version control tools like GitHub.
