Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Manager to join our India team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on hiring India-based talent while closely partnering with U.S.-based recruiters.
As a Recruiting Manager at Connor Group, you will play a key role in building our India team by driving end-to-end recruiting efforts. This is a hands-on,



individual contributor role with no direct reports, requiring robust coordination across time zones and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for India-based roles, from sourcing and scheduling through offer and onboarding coordination
- Partner closely with U.S.-based recruiters and interview teams to align on hiring needs and drive efficient processes
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using both traditional and creative sourcing strategies
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and follow-up at every stage
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops across India and U.S. teams
- Support offer negotiations and successfully close top candidates
