Policy Advisor Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Policy Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones. The Policy Advisor will contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc. In addition, the candidate will appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell suitable protection plans.
Job Requirements
- Availability to work 9 hours a day anytime between 9 am to 9 pm
- Ability to work 6 days a week with a 1-day rotational weekly off
- Mandatory off payroll - third party
- Compensation: maximum 4.5 LPA (37,500/month including PF, professional tax, etc of ₹40086) plus incentives and medical insurance
- Incentives based on sales targets and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Experience in marketing and sales is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
- Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavors
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms, and keep relative records
