Planner (5–9 Years’ Experience)
Location: Delhi
Role Summary
As Planner, you’ll own the category P&L.; You’ll translate vision into numbers, ensuring the right stock is in the right channel at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage OTB, ASP, margins, and vendor capacity.
- Drive inventory hygiene: monitor DOH, ACP, and stock freshness.
- Partner with Buyer to balance fashion bets with repeat lines.
- Optimize distribution across retail, online, and marketplaces.
- Track performance against AOP, drive SSG and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Job requirements
Profile
- 3–5 years’ experience in planning/merchandising/retail finance, ideally in fashion or accessories.
- Highly analytical with strong Excel/Pivot/BI tool expertise.
- Robust business acumen with ability to balance numbers and product intuition.
- Structured problem solver and detail-oriented.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion Management, Business, or Finance.
