MARKET DEVELOPMENT & PENETRATION
- Implement BTL activities in assigned territory
- Implement plans for expansion and management of dealers

- Visit ZDs / ADs / Dealers as per plan
- Ensure timely complaint redressal.

COLLECTIONS




- Ensure that payments are received timely from ZDs / ADs / Dealers.

Key Decisions
- Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition

Working Relation
- ​​​​​​​Establish effective relationship with Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback
- Establish close relationship with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges.
- Work closely with marketing department for branding / publicity support at local level
- Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of channel are settled within time.
- Establish effective relationships with all Service departments.
- Close relation with subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions.
