We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of mission-critical applications that support real-time monitoring, navigation, and decision-making for autonomous vessels. In this role, you will work across the entire tech stack, from designing scalable back-end services to developing high-performance front-end interfaces. You will collaborate with AI, perception, and robotics teams to build next-gen maritime autonomy solutions. Key Responsibilities
● Architect & Develop scalable web applications and backend services for real-time data processing and visualization.
● Architect and develop robust, maintainable services for real-time data processing, visualization, and communication.
● Design & Implement RESTful APIs & WebSockets for real-time autonomous system communication.
● Build Interactive Frontend Interfaces using React.js / Next.js, ensuring seamless UX for maritime operations.
● Continuously refine systems to handle large volumes of sensor data efficiently, with an eye on latency, reliability, and cost.
● Collaborate with AI & Robotics Teams to integrate cloud-based and edge-computing solutions.
● Deploy & Manage Applications in cloud environments using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP.
● Own deployment processes in on premise servers, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and
CI/CD pipelines for seamless releases.
● Mentor & Guide Junior Developers, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
● 5-7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
