Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on QA Engineer who thrives in fast-moving startup environments. You’ll take ownership of quality across web, mobile, and backend systems, working closely with product and engineering to ship reliable features quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end quality for new features and releases
- Design and execute test cases for complex, real-world workflows (fleet ops, payments, telematics, analytics)
- Actively collaborate with developers to catch issues early and unblock releases
- Balance speed and quality in an Agile,
high-iteration environment
- Contribute to test automation and lightweight QA processes as we scale
- Think beyond test cases — question flows, edge cases, and product behaviour
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of hands-on QA experience (manual and/or automation)
- Solid understanding of Agile development and fast release cycles
- Experience testing web apps, mobile apps, and APIs
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and bias toward action
Nice to Have
- Startup or product-led company experience
- Exposure to SaaS, mobility, logistics, payments, or IoT systems
- Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines
