Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Recruiter Specialist for a reputed company for Beauty/Personal care industry in Mumbai (Khar West) location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and attract talent in the beauty industry through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, networking events).
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on qualifications and culture fit.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs with business goals.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide strategic input on recruitment best practices.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business,



or a related field.
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or fashion industry.
- Solid knowledge of the beauty industry, including recruitment needs for salons, spas, and wellness centers.
- Proven track record of hiring mid-level to senior-level candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for positions such as hairstylists, cosmetologists, skincare specialists, and beauty consultants.
- Strong networking skills with access to a wide talent pool in the beauty industry.

Work Time: 10 to 7 pm
