Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Marketplace Manager (Performance Marketing) for a reputed company in Mumbai(Borivali) location.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketplace strategy to maximize customer acquisition, revenue growth, and overall performance.
- Optimize our marketplace presence by creating compelling product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., search, social media, email, affiliates).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Continuously optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales conversion rates.




- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketplace best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team, highlighting performance insights, achievements, and recommendations for future growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience managing marketplace profiles and driving performance marketing initiatives.
- Solid understanding of marketplace platforms, algorithms, and optimization strategies.
- Proficient in using performance marketing tools, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision- making.
