Bancassurance strategy & execution
· Responsible for managing the channel relationship & achieving the financial objectives from HDFC Bank Tele channels mapped to this role
· Ensuring healthy YOY business growth and securing the largest share of General Insurance business in the channels managed
· Achieving/Over achieving of the assigned top-line target
· Achieving channel objectives on key business levels like activation, productivity and ATS (Average Ticket Size)
· Achieving Lead Adequacy Ratio (LAR) & Lead Conversion Ratio (LCR)
· Developing and guiding the sales team 20+ onrole and Bank SO sales officer (RM)(ASM/SM/Service Officer) to avoid channel escalations
· Managing regional training function with 1 Regional trainer for internal training and Bank Staff Training for skill building and knowledge on HEGI (HDFC ERGO General Insurance) products and processes
· Responsible for projects related to new product and process launch with the channel




· Ensuring efficient handling of key management role for specific telesales vertical at area level to drive business and engagement to increase wallet share
Engagement with channel
· Interacting with the channel partners at agreed levels and frequency to managing expectations and having a committed and a partnership-based relationship (visit multi city units when required)
· Enabling smooth MIS (Management Information System) & other information flow to channel on agreed key business parameters
· Designing contests and implementing Rewards and Recognition for bank channels post achieving defined objectives
Coordination with internal & external team
· Ensuring intra and inter departmental collaboration to close issues related to proposals
Compliance & Adherence
· Adhering to statutory and regulatory norms (specifically to distance marketing applicable to tele channels)
Key Requirements- Education & Certificate:
· Any Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute will be preferred
