Description
Financial controller in the shared services center. Drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support cost optimization and strategic decision-making

Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Involvement in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing and reporting activities
- Report financial performance to local leadership and parent company
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Support internal controls and compliance reviews

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Preferred: Master’s Degree, MBA, CPA, or other advanced degrees
- 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A;, management accounting or controlling
- Business-level proficiency in English

- Accuracy and attention to detail, robust analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and ERP tools
- Business acumen and time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
