Description
As the Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of multiple Domino's Pizza stores within the Bangalore region. Your role will involve strategic planning, operational excellence, and ensuring brand consistency across all outlets. You will work closely with store managers and team members to enhance customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and financial performance of the assigned stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, suppliers, and stakeholders.




- Train and mentor store managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their leadership skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative ideas to enhance operations.
- Conduct regular store visits, providing feedback and support to ensure consistent brand delivery.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the QSR or hotel industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or a related field is preferred.
- Robust leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for QSR
