3) Branch Collection Manager:

All Buckets

Experience Required: 4-6 Years

CTC Budget- upto 6 Lakhs

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management:

-
Handle the collections portfolio for Used Commercial Vehicle loans.

-
Track EMI defaults, bucket-wise performance (30+, 60+, 90+), and NPA trends.

-
Field Collection Operations:

-
Plan and execute field visits for delinquent customers.

-
Personally handle high-ticket and critical overdue cases.

-
Monitor and support field collection executives / agency partners.

-
Agency Management:

-
Appoint, manage, and review collection agencies/vendors.

-
Ensure timely sharing of cases, tracking agency performance and adherence to compliance.

Customer Interaction:

-
Negotiate and resolve customer issues leading to non-payment.

-
Follow up for repayments, settlements, or vehicle repossession, if required.

MIS & Reporting:

-
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports.

-
Share updates with senior management on collection status and field performance.

-
Compliance & Audit:

-
Ensure compliance with RBI and company norms in all recovery activities.

Handle legal proceedings, if required, in coordination with the legal team.
