Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate a long-term product strategy and vision, leveraging customer research, user experience insights, and emerging technologies to deliver creative features and solutions.

Lead the product management team in creating internal products that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Drive the process of requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap creation, and prioritization to ensure timely and impactful product delivery.

Foster a data-driven culture within the product team, utilizing analytics and insights to drive growth marketing strategies and product marketing initiatives.

Define and take ownership of key business metrics and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) related to product performance and success.

Stay abreast of market trends and developments in the SaaS industry, incorporating relevant insights into product strategy and execution.

Take end-to-end responsibility for defining product features, creating detailed product requirement documents, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders to refine and optimize the product development process, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality products.

Recruit, develop, and mentor a world-class team of product managers and product designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
