**Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive end-to-end business growth and P&L; for the East Zone.
* Lead sales, operations, retail excellence, and profitability across the region.
* Manage a business turnover of **₹500–800 Cr**.
* Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Build, mentor, and lead high-performing regional teams.
* Ensure operational excellence, customer experience, and compliance across all stores.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive expansion and business performance.





**Preferred Profile:**
✔ 15+ years of leadership experience in Retail
✔ Robust P&L; and multi-store management expertise
✔ Proven track record of handling large-scale business operations (₹500–800 Cr turnover)
✔ Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills
✔ Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
