n Role Description
n This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for a Junior Accountant. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements within a real estate development environment.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Record and maintain daily financial transactions using Tally Prime and accounting systems
n Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
n Handle petty cash management and site-level expense monitoring
n Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
n Process purchase bills, vendor invoices, and financial entries
n Assist in GST return filing and compliance
n Support TDS calculations and statutory compliance
n Maintain proper documentation, data, filings, and audit-ready records
n Assist in preparation of financial statements and internal reports
n Support internal audits, budgeting, and financial planning activities
n Coordinate with internal teams and site staff for financial data
n Provide administrative and accounting support as required
n n Qualifications
n n Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and handling financial transactions.




n Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation.
n Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as Tally Prime.
n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
n Good organizational and time management skills for meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
n Experience in accounts payable, receivable, invoices, GST filings and bank reconciliation
n Knowledge of tax compliance, project finance and financial regulations is a plus.
n Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
n Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

n Location: Near Borivali West Station
n Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) (1 hour lunch break)
n Compensation: Depends on Experience
n Annual Casual and Sick Leave: 12 days (no carry-forward)
n Additional Public Holidays: 7 days (no carry-forward)
