We're a Chennai-based company launching a B2B SaaS product for Indian SMEs, backed by a consulting firm with 11 years of implementation experience. You'll be our first dedicated salesperson — open territory, uncapped commission, direct access to the founders.
What you'll do
Own recent customer acquisition in and around Chennai
Generate your own pipeline — client visits, local business networks, referrals, outbound calls
Run demos for business owners and decision-makers, close deals end to end
Report pipeline and deal status weekly
Who this is for
2+ years of sales experience
Comfortable meeting decision-makers in person
Fluent in Tamil and English
Based in Chennai
SaaS or B2B experience is a plus, not a requirement
Compensation
₹30,000/month fixed + uncapped commission on every closed deal
