n Job Summary:
n We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of strategic, technology, and business initiatives. This role is being considered for an offshore transition and requires a highly organized skilled with proven experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will be capable of driving multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring alignment with global teams in an offshore delivery model.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple projects across business and technology functions.
n Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
n Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
n Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively driving resolution.
n Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status updates.
n Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.




n Drive process improvements and implement project management best practices.
n Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics.
n Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage resource allocation.
n n Qualifications, Skills:
n n 8–12 years of project management experience, preferably delivering enterprise technology, SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation projects.
n Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
n Strong leadership, stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional team coordination skills.
n Experience working with global, distributed, or offshore teams.
n Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
n Strong problem-solving, planning, risk management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
n Familiarity with PMO governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and executive reporting.
n Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
n PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management certification is preferred
