n Job Summary:
n We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out and MEP projects. The ideal candidate will be the single point of contact for project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Single point of accountability for delivering project outcomes successfully throughout the life cycled of the project.
n Interpret RFPs, derive key takeaways, and lead responses (written and oral).
n Govern multiple projects, ensuring strategic delivery and client value.
n Conduct due diligence, assess site conditions, and feed inputs into design, costing, and schedules.
n Prepare comprehensive lifecycle-based project schedules using MS Project.
n Collaborate with design and costing teams to integrate budget and schedule goals.
n Review and validate material lead times and constructability with internal teams.
n Ensure timely statutory submissions and oversee tender events scheduling.
n Track and manage pre-start approvals, submittals, and material delivery.
n Liaise with MEP consultants and design teams to align scope and acceptance criteria.
n Coordinate all project activities, resolve issues,



and report status updates clearly.
n Maintain issue logs, track risks, and drive timely resolution/mitigation.
n Govern project delivery meetings, ensure alignment with schedule, cost, and quality baselines.
n Drive project closure, ensuring invoicing and cash flow monitoring is timely and accurate.
n n Skills & Tools:
n Must Have:
n n MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint (error-free reporting)
n MS Project – scheduling expertise
n AutoCAD reading and interpretation
n Transparent verbal and written communication
n GFC (Interior & MEP) drawing comprehension
n Leadership, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination
n n Good to Have:
n n Knowledge of major contract types
n Cost variation and procurement liaison experience

n n Educational Qualifications:

n n Diploma in Interior Design with execution experience OR
n Degree in Engineering / Architecture with execution experience
