n • Process Executive – International Voice
n • Senior Process Executive – International Voice
n Work Location: Pune & Bangalore (Work from Office)
n Experience: 0 – 5 Years
n Eligibility: Any Full‐Time Graduate (15 years of formal education)
n Shifts: 24x7 Rotational (US shifts / night shifts included)
n Postgraduates are not eligible
n Employment: Full‐time
n What you'll do:
n • Handle voice support for international customers
n • Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism
n • Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, accurate solutions
n • Follow quality standards and process guidelines
n What we're looking for:
n • Excellent verbal communication (English)




n • Customer‐centric attitude and problem‐solving skills
n • Comfortable with rotational shifts and fast‐paced environment
n Mandatory documents (Originals + copies):
n • Updated resume (printout)
n • Any 2 govt photo IDs (PAN/Aadhar/Voter ID/Passport)
n • Academic documents: 10th & 12th marksheets, Graduation marksheets (all semesters), CMM, Provisional & Degree certificate
n Security: Laptops & cameras not permitted. Govt ID mandatory for entry.
