Job Description Experience:
n 10+ years in Quality Engineering/Test Management, with experience leading enterprise HR technology testing programs involving Workday and/or Phenom platforms.
n Role Summary:
n We are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Delivery Manager to lead and manage a team of 15+ QA professionals supporting Workday and Phenom implementation, integration, enhancement, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a customer-facing leader who can understand business challenges, define testing strategies, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery of quality outcomes.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Lead and mentor a team of 15+ testers across Workday and Phenom testing engagements.
n Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, driving effective communication and relationship management.
n Understand business requirements, analyze problem statements, and propose appropriate testing and quality assurance solutions.
n Define and manage test strategy, test planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery milestones.
n Coordinate functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and UAT support activities across Workday, Phenom, and related third-party systems.
n Drive defect triage, issue resolution, and quality governance while ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery commitments.
n Track testing progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
n Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and testing optimization.
n n Required Skills:




n n Strong experience in Workday testing (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Integrations, etc.).
n Positive understanding of Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform, including Career Site, CRM, Talent Marketing, Recruiting, and Workday/ATS integrations.
n Proven experience managing QA teams of 15+ members and handling client-facing delivery responsibilities.
n Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
n Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or Testmo.
n Familiarity with workday automation frameworks and tools.
